In Dover this week, the driver of a vehicle, was found to be in possession of approximately 12.02 grams of crack cocaine and 34.52 grams of marijuana.

He was taken to Troop 3 and was charged with multiple offenses including Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance in a Tier 2 Quantity, Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Tier 2 Quantity, Possession of Marijuana Other Than Personal Use Quantity, Possession of Drug.
