Technology only exists because humans created it. This makes us, the humans, the most imperative piece in the digital puzzle. Without us fostering the technology we’ve created, we risk losing touch with the entire reason we created it to begin with: to improve how we communicate and connect with each other.
Technology has absolutely been instrumental in shifting our world to become what it is today. Because of technology, we’re able to get tasks done more quickly, get in touch with friends and co-workers across the globe with the touch of a button and seem more connected to the world around us.
But now days calling a company or business far to often puts you in touch with a system . press 6. press 3 or at the beep leave a message. We don't communicate with our voice instead we communicate via text message, totally impersonal, often misunderstanding the emotion, intent, or tone of the message.
