TITLES
What you do is not who you are.
When people give you titles, they imprison you, don't get locked up with a title.
You are whatever is in you. You are what you think about at night.
You are more than the job title or the company you work for.
Your strength may be your weakness.
Sometimes the unpredictable causes you to respond in unfamiliar ways. If you're into technology, you know that it is limited, it always has a predictable response
. But that is not true for life. So if that is all you know, it will make life's changes difficult.
Communication is crucial. People do business with people, not with ideas.
What gives you energy when you think about it?
What makes you jump out of the bed in the morning?
What inspires you whenever you see it or hear about it?
What are you passionate about?
You are more than what people call you.
Your purpose is in your passion, the thing that gives you energy when you do it.
You gain strength from your failures which makes you strong enough to stand up to your success, and strong enough for the struggles, strife, and pain that may come.
The process is the little steps you learn along the way. It is invaluable.
Gestation creates formation just like a woman who conceives at night, she doesn't wake up in the morning with a baby. If you only surround yourself with people who do what you do you will inevitably end up with people who will eventually compete with you. Find people who complete you and your vision, who does what you don't do.
