In this highly celebrated time of the year , we hear of many things that had instructions an directions, and now the results and consequences have lasted for a very long time.

The best way to prevent an addiction to a drug is not to take it at all. If your health care provider prescribes you a medication with the potential of your becoming addicted, use care while taking and follow the instructions carefully.
