On December 18th, DEMCO will travel with Santa Claus, toys and goodies to spread holiday cheer to six Kent County neighborhoods. The six neighborhoods -Capitol Park, Liberty Court, Downtown Dover, Whatcoat Apartments, Capitol Green, Simon Circle starting at 11:00am.
